HS-70 Hydraulic Model - This mill features a 35HP Briggs Vanguard engine. All hydraulic. Hydraulic head lift and power feed. 70” wide max cut capacity. Includes 100’ of #60 roller chain with connector links and bolts to hook up to power feed. The hydraulic features of this mill make it a great value. This is our most popular mill.

HS-96 Hydraulic Ultra Wide Cut Model - This mill is identical to the HS-70 except it is 26" wider, built heavier and geared a bit slower. It also features a 35HP Briggs Vanguard engine. This mill is all hydraulic. Hydraulic is for head lift and power feed. 96” wide max cut capacity. Includes 100’ of #60 roller chain with connector links and bolts to hook up power feed which is sufficient for 35" tracks.

EHS-70 Electric Hydraulic Model - This mill is identical to the model HS-70 except it features a 30HP 3-phase techtop electric motor with a start-stop switch on saw. Includes 50’ of wire between motor and fuji frenica-mega variable frequency drive in a safety disconnect enclosure that can be mounted on a post or wall. This system can be wired for 230 or 460 volts. The customer needs to supply and install a cable and pulley system or a barn door track & trolley system that carries wires. Wires need to be bundled together and hung from cable & track approximately every 6’ to 8'. Includes 100’ of #60 power-feed chains with connector links and bolts to hook up power feed. wires and power feed chains are sufficient for 35' track.

SS-70 & SS-96 Slab Surfacers - These two slab surfacers are designed for planing and sanding any large surface such as, but not limited to, table tops, countertops, fireplace mantels, and timbers and are exactly the same except the width. the SS-70 can be used on 70" groundbed track and planes up to 70" wide surfaces, the SS-96 can be used on the 96" groundbed track and planes up to 96" wide surfaces. Both come with a 35HP gas Briggs VanGuard engine that powers a direct-drive double hydraulic pump to power the machine. This is a rugged heavy duty machine for the serious woodworker. Comes standard with cutterhead and an extra set of carbide inserts and sandinghead with 10 pieces of sandpaper. Can also be used on concrete slab track if customer builds their own slab holding and clamping table. The power lift and dust collection blower kit will increase the production of these machines

ESS-70 & ESS-96 Slab Surfacers - These two slab surfacers are the same as SS-70 and SS-96 surfacers, except they are powered by a 30HP 3-phase techtop electric motor available in either 460 or 230 volt. Comes standard with start-stop switch to mount on surfacer, 50' of wire between motor, and soft start mounted in a safety disconnect enclosure. The power lift and dust collection kits will increase the production of these machines. There is no price difference between the 460 & 230 volt.

70" I-Beam groundbed Track- This groundbed accepts all 70" mills and surfacers, is super heavy duty with 8" x 31 lbs per foot I-beams for main beams with 6" tubing or 6" I-beams for log bunks spaced every 3' along the bed. Logbed must be supported every 10' or closer at the base anchoring plates. Using our 6" track risers to raise the bed 6" above the ground or concrete provides easier cleanup. We also recommend a leaf blower to keep floor and track cleaned, to minimize sawdust buildup on powerfeed chains, making a cleaner, safer work area. The number and spacing of square arms and log clamps can be customized according to customer needs, with a minimum of 2 required. Ground bed is priced without square arms and log clamps. Standard length of groundbed is 30', which allows for 24' length of cut. This grounbed can serve as double purpose and be used as a bed for our 70" mills and 70" slab surfacers, with both machines being used on the same track. Please remember, even though this is a super heavy-duty bed, dropping a 60" diameter oak log on this bed can still damage it! Comes painted black, complete with shims and anchor bolts if required. *(Optional) Square Arm and Log Clamps for 70" I-Beam Ground Bed - These heavy-duty fold down square arms can be raised and lowered with a handle on the operator side of mill and have a jamb bolt to hold them at the proper height. The log clamp slides over against the log on a 1–¾ stress-proof shaft with a binding action, then the cam action handle on log clamp securely clamps log in place. On a standard 30’ ground bed, the standard spacing on square arms and log clamps from end of ground bed is 12-18-21 feet. This allows for cutting logs from 4 to 24 feet in length. For 4’ to 6’ logs, use clamp 18-21. For 8’ to 10’ logs, use clamp 12-18. For 12’ and longer logs, use square arm 12-21 and use log clamp 18 to clamp log. Price includes square arm and log clamp.

Concrete Slab track- This economical track system with a few timber log bunks and chocks supplied by the customer is the only track system that is needed for milling table top slabs. The concrete log bunks with log clamps and square arms can be added at any point if you need to mill timbers or regular dimensional lumber. These tracks can be used for the 70" and 96" mills. Track spacing and other specs are shown in the brochure. These tracks are 6" x 17.25 lbs per foot I-Beams. The standard length is 30' which allows for milling 24' logs. I-Beams have caster rails welded on top, stop plates on ends, chain support hooks every 5', base anchoring plates and side braces every 7' - 8', depending on track length. Comes painted black, compete with shims and anchor bolts ready to anchor to your slab. Call for pricing on custom lengths.

For concrete slab, you can increase the possibilities by adding these log bunks in addition to log bunks #2. They can be spaced along your track at whatever spacing fits your needs. They are the same heavy-duty design that comes with ground bed. When purchasing a new saw, if you know that you will be needing square arms and log clamps, the 30’ground bed is likely a better option. These log bunks come with shims and anchor bolts ready to bolt to your slab.

*(Optional) 6" Track Riser (uninstalled)- This is a 1/4" wall 4" x 6" tubing with holes in the bottom for 1/2" anchor bolts and holes in the top to bolt on concrete slab track or ground bed. This raises the tracks or ground bed 6" and makes easier cleanup, enabling a leaf blower to blow sawdust out from underneath the track, which makes a cleaner & safer work area.
